The Expository Paragraph

A Rose for Emily

My opinion about the reading segment is that it was really cool because everyone participated and the class turned really outgoing. About the story, I really liked it, an im note a reading fan, but it was a very good story for the classto read. I think the fact that the reading was a mysterious one kept us all with complete attention to the reading segment. In the story the character that represents and exposes anger is Miss Emily. She was kind of angry because the two men of her life, that she had loved, left her alone. Respect is presented in the story with the town folks, they respect Miss Emily for her family, but we can say they were scared of her. I did not notice any change in Miss Emily's attitude, physically nor expression, she was allways the same woman with no formal relationships nor friends, just her servant. The fact that we, as class, could aplly the terms that we are studying is a good sign for the class.
